The Dalsarto service
The phases of an order
The Client is welcomed in the Salotto degli Affreschi, and thanks to the experience of the consultants, is accompanied in the creation of a tailored garment in accordance with their needs.
Based on the preferences expressed, the Customer is suggested the best Noble Fibre and model proposals, consistent with the indicated needs.
At this stage, the master tailors begin a manufacturing process that lasts several weeks. Each stage of the process is designed for excellent results, meeting all the aesthetic and functional requirements of the client.
During the testing phase, the Head will have an advanced work progress that will allow the Client to view the real progress of the Work, and the Consultant to intervene to obtain an excellent result.
Once delivered, the Cape becomes part of the Dalsarto Historical Archive.
Measurements are recorded and archived, as are all the preferences expressed by the Client. This way, the relevant Consultants will be able to provide personalized proposals for future Creations.
