The Dalsarto service
The phases of an order
Phase 1
The first date
The experience in our Dalsarto atelier begins with the first appointment.
Here, the customer meets and discusses his project with our expert tailoring consultants.
The questions asked are used to put the customer who comes to the atelier at ease, to understand what type of dress he wants, on what occasion to use it and in what season.

Fabric and pattern selection
Our consultants will accompany you on a pleasant discovery of our fabrics and our creations.
In the atelier the customer will be able to choose from a vast range of exclusive materials and fabrics coming from the best Italian textile companies.
Once the fabric and model have been selected, measurements will be taken.

Phase 3
Cutting and creating
Following confirmation of the order, the order is processed and forwarded to the tailor's shop, which will proceed to design the paper pattern, cut the fabric and create the finished product.

Phase 4
Test of the finished garment
Once the garment creation process and quality control have been completed, it will be tested by the customer who will evaluate his/her satisfaction with the general fitting of the garment.
If small adjustments are necessary, the dress will be retouched to adapt it to the customer's requests until full satisfaction.

Delivery
Once these final corrections have been approved, the customer will be able to take home his tailor-made suit. Created entirely for his personality, desires and shape.
Any changes made to the garment will be recorded in our archives so that we can guarantee the same fitting on a second order.
