Return Policy (Italy and European Union)
Scope of application
The right of withdrawal and these return conditions apply exclusively to purchases delivered within the European Union. Orders shipped to non-EU countries are not eligible for withdrawal, return or exchange, unless otherwise expressly agreed with Vestio S.r.l.
Customers may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, without providing any reason.
The right of withdrawal applies only to ready-to-ship items purchased on www.dalsarto.com that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including all labels and accessories.
Items marked as “final sale” on the website are not eligible for return or refund.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, including “non–ready-to-ship sizes” (made-to-order items), as they are produced exclusively and specifically for the Customer, in accordance with Article 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). This provision does not affect statutory consumer rights in the event of defective or non-conforming products.
Return shipping and fees
Vestio S.r.l. arranges pickup via courier. A flat fee of €10.00 will be deducted from the refund.
Exception: if the Customer opts for a store-credit voucher for the full amount valid for 1 year, the €10.00 fee will not be applied.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and will cover product price only (original shipping costs are non-refundable). Refunds are processed within 14 (fourteen) business days from receipt and quality inspection of the returned item at our facility.
Quality inspection
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our quality control department. Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted or refunded.
