The custom consultation itself does not involve any charge. However, it should be noted that the process of designing and creating a custom suit takes longer than purchasing a made-to-measure product with a pre-set pattern. Furthermore, given the variety of materials and workmanship, custom suits tend to be more expensive than standard made-to-measure suits. Although our home delivery service is primarily designed for customers outside of Rome, we are happy to reserve the service for special categories and large orders.

The delivery time for custom made suits can vary, usually around 4 weeks in normal times. However, during peak season, it may take a few more weeks.

For upcoming events, we recommend visiting our tailor shop at least 2 months in advance, thus ensuring the perfection of the result.

In all circumstances, we are committed to treating each order with the utmost urgency and priority, always ensuring the utmost care and attention to detail.

For changes to your order, please refer to our Terms and Conditions . In general, changes to the product can be requested up until the start of production. These must be submitted in writing via the contact form . If these changes will result in a surcharge, the difference to the original order will be required. If the production process has started, changes to the order are unfortunately not possible.

Of course, you can provide us with your measurements, preferably starting from a garment that you already like. In this case, considering an accurate measurement, we apply a tolerance of ± 2 cm compared to the measurements provided.

We do not currently have ready-made garments for sale. Each of our products is made to order, from scratch, both made to size and made to measure, to ensure a unique fit and style for each customer.

We appreciate your consideration, however, we regret to inform you that we do not currently offer repair or alteration services for items that are not manufactured by us.

To choose the perfect size for online suits, we recommend that you carefully consult our size guide, available in the 'Size Guide' section of our website and in the product data sheets. Once the garments are in production or already completed, it is not possible to make any changes to their structure. However, we offer a service of small ordinary adjustments, subject to a feasibility assessment. Alternatively, for small repairs carried out by other tailors, we can refund up to a maximum of €50.00 upon presentation of the repair receipt with a detailed description of the work and its cost. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any work poorly carried out by other tailors.
