Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. With the purchase of a dress, shipping is included, however customs fees may be charged if the shipment is directed to a non-EU area.
How long does it take to make a dress?
Much depends on the season, in normal times around 4 weeks, however in high season the times could vary by a few weeks.
In the case of events that cannot be postponed, it is essential to show up at our tailor's shop at least 2 months in advance, in order to guarantee an excellent result.
In any case, we will ensure that each order receives the utmost urgency and priority.
I have an item to fix, can I bring it to you?
We are sorry, but we cannot provide repairs or alterations on items not produced by us.
Are you looking for tailors?
We appreciate every expression of interest in our company, it is an enormous pride for us.
At the moment there are no tailoring positions open, but if so we will be happy to publish it on the site and on other job offer channels.
